What to bring

• Swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes
• Reef-safe sunscreen (mineral, no oxybenzone or octinoxate)
• Hat, sunglasses, and a light cover-up
• Water-resistant or waterproof phone pouch / camera
• Cash or card for tips and any extras (we accept all major cards)
• Your booking confirmation number

Meeting point

Safe Haven Marina, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Look for the Cayman Ocean Adventures sign at the dock. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure so the crew has time to brief everyone before we leave.

Cruise-ship guests

If you're arriving by cruise ship, plan to be at the marina at least 30 minutes before departure to allow for transit time from the port. We do not wait for late arrivals because we have to return in time for your re-boarding.

Health & safety

Children under 4 are free; ages 4–11 ride at the kid rate. All passengers must be able to swim or wear a life vest (provided). If anyone in your party is pregnant, has a back or heart condition, or is recovering from recent surgery, please let the captain know before boarding so we can adjust the activity if needed.

Weather & cancellations

The captain has final authority on departure based on sea conditions. If we cancel for weather, you'll be offered a full refund or free rescheduling. If you'd like to cancel, see our Terms & Conditions for the cancellation policy.

Tipping

Gratuities are not included but are always appreciated by the crew if you enjoyed your tour. 15–20% of the booking total is customary.
